New to AR? It places the 3D prostate in your physical space for spatial orientation teaching. Open this on a phone, then tap Launch AR. Works on most recent iPhones and Android phones.
PI-RADS: not assigned by ProstateView
Use the formal radiology report for PI-RADS.
1. Data source
Prostate158 public research data. This app does not use patient-identifiable clinical data.
2. MRI overlay
The preview is a downsampled axial T2 slice with an educational overlay generated from available public masks.
3. 3D model
Meshes are generated from segmentation masks and exported as GLB assets for orientation teaching.
4. QA status
3D orientation is not promoted unless MRI overlay, metadata, model location, compass and transform provenance agree.
5. Limitations
Previews are downsampled, not diagnostic, and do not replace PACS or formal reporting.
Not diagnostic
Use PACS, the formal report, MDT discussion and senior judgement.
Not clinically validated
This is a research and education prototype.
Does not assign PI-RADS
PI-RADS must come from the formal radiology report or verified dataset metadata.
Does not stage disease
Staging requires full clinical and radiological assessment.
Does not guide biopsy
Do not use this app for biopsy targeting or treatment decisions.
